Is this a physical product?

Yes. The Fern Post is a physical letter mailed to your home each month.

When will I receive my first letter?

Enrollment closes on the 15th of each month. Letters ship on the 25th and arrive early the following month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. But hopefully in the near future.
