The Fern Post began with a quiet feeling that I couldn’t ignore.

I found myself wantng something creative to pour into- something meaningful that allowed space for reflection and connection. as I searched fr what that might be, I came across the idea of sacred solitude: the understanding that some people feel most at home in quiet moments of thought and reflection.

That idea resonated deeply with me.

I realized there must be many women who are the same way- women who enjoy their own company, who think deeply, who notice the small details of life, and who grow quietly and bravely in their own time.

The Fern Post was created for them.

Each month I send a thoughtful envelope with a letter, a small piece of art, and simple paper goods meant to invite reflection. Inside you’ll find a moment to pause, a prompt to journal or think more deeply, and a tiny calendar where you can circle something joyful to look forward to.

My hope is that these envelopes become a small ritual- a quiet pause in your month that reminds you to breathe, reflect, and choose something meaningful for yourself.

A Little About Me

I’m someone who finds joy in simple moments- walking in nature, journaling, noticing the seasons, and creating things slowly and thoughtfully.

You may also see my little companion Kona from time to time. He’s often nearby while I’m writing letters or working at my desk, and he joins me on many quiet walks that inspire the thoughts behind these envelopes.

The Fern Post is still growing, and I’m learning as I go. But my hope is that each letter offers something small yet meaningful- encouragement, reflection, or simply the reminder that you are not alone in wanting a slower, more intentional life.
